The Solution


InTheChat enables large-scale enterprises to reduce costs, grow revenue and improve their customers’ service experiences by migrating contacts to convenient mobile channels: text messaging, web & mobile chat, social media, email, messaging applications and chatbots. Powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), ITC’s platform offers automated self-service and/or routes incoming messages to the best-skilled agents like a traditional skills-based IVR manages phone calls. This, combined with ITC’s integrated CRM capabilities, contact center-grade performance reporting and workflow management enables agents on ITC’s platform to support customers via innovative new digital channels leveraging familiar processes from the traditional phone channel. Become a core member of a fast -growing go to market team that provides leading-edge contact centre SaaS platform solutions   Along with your peers in the sales organization you will be instrumental in building and delivering on our go to market culture and plan across the globe.    


This client facing role requires an energetic and articulate subject matter solution expert who can lead ITC’s existing and new clients through the early stages of the customer journey; Discover, Design and Propose, as they relate to the technical considerations of implementing our solution;

You will support the enterprise sales pipeline as the technology and industry SME

  • Tag teaming with ITC Sales Account Managers who are responsible for prospecting, client relationships and the commercial deal
  • Delivering amazing solution demos and value props - ‘wowing’ our strategic prospects and channel partners


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulating the business and technical value of our solutions and products to business leaders and technical decision makers (client, channel, industry)
  • Positioning our technical solutions in competitive scenarios
  • Presenting and Demonstrating how our solution, technical frameworks and integration options meet client’s business and technology requirements
  • Be a compelling speaker that communicates the value of solutions
  • Leading technical solution strategy and design in sales scenarios
  • Leading technology integration discussions with technology partners and customers
  • Understanding and documenting customer requirements
  • Participating in RFI, RFP design and response
  • Solving diverse client solution challenges

 

Skills/background

  • 5+ years’ experience specifically with some combination of CX, Contact Center, AI, Digital, SaaS
  • 5+ years’ experience combining presales consulting, product management, solution engineering and technical account management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, and closing techniques
  • Strong experience in use cases, live demonstrations, presentations
  • Graduate Degree in a Technical Discipline (CS, Engineering, etc)
