John Huehn is ITC President & CEO. Prior to founding the company, he spent 12 years at Rogers Communications Inc. He started on the front-line in the call center. Within 8 years, John ascended to an executive position as Vice President, Client Management, accountable for call center strategy, budgets, operations and cross-functional program execution. John founded ITC to make emerging communication channels available to companies as a lower cost service option, and to consumers as a more convenient means to connect with their service
Chris Howlett is responsible for all areas of ITC product strategy and development. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in the enterprise technology and high-tech venture space to the company, including prior leadership positions at Maplesoft and Geosign. Prior to joining ITC, Chris provided strategic guidance to start-ups in the Waterloo Region, as the CTO in Residence at Communitech and the Technology Mentor at the Waterloo Accelerator Center. Chris holds a PhD in Mathematics from McMaster University and his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York.
Angelo Fasulo is head of Sales and Marketing at ITC. Prior to joining ITC, he spent over 15 years at BlackBerry. His early career began in Enterprise Sales and Strategic Partnerships. Angelo spent 3 years in Hong Kong as a founding member and leader within the Asia Pacific organization, followed by extensive work with Telecom Operators in Canada and the US, before moving to the UK for 5 years, where he was responsible for global carriers, distributors and channel partners in B2B and B2C environments.

Bill Linton is a Corporate Director, recently appointed to the Board of TMX Group and previously serving as Chairman of the Board of Softchoice Corporation. He was President & CEO of Call-Net Enterprises(Sprint Canada), which was acquired by Rogers Communications Inc., where he later retired from the position of EVP, Finance and CFO. In the technology space, Bill was the CEO of Prior Data Sciences and EVP & CFO of SHL Systemhouse, Inc. Bill is a Chartered Accountant and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2012.
Don Moffatt is the Chairman of ITC’s board. Considered one of North America’s contact centre pioneers, Don has more than 35 years’ experience leading large operations at the senior executive level in both the Telecom and Financial Services verticals at companies that include Citi, Rogers, Bell and CIBC. Currently, Don is Chairman of the Board of an international outsourced call center provider headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
Natalie Townsend is the Founder and Managing Partner of North Rock Capital Partners. She has over 30 years of private equity, investment banking and operational experience. Previously, Natalie was President of TD Capital and Vice Chair of TD Securities. She also has 6 years of experience in operational finance and risk management roles, gained at companies in the US and Canada.
Peter Berczi has more than 25 years of experience in the business process outsourcing(BPO), telecommunications and insurance industries. Currently CEO of Benecaid, a Canadian health benefits provider owned by France's April Group, Peter has held senior executive and C-suite roles in operations, corporate development and IT at Global leaders such as Sitel, Rogers Communications and InsLogic - a PE-backed digital insurance brokerage that was sold to Capital One in 2005.
David MacDonald is a proven business and go-to-market strategy leader in the technology industry. As the CEO of SoftChoice, he grew revenue by more than 10x and transitioned the company from a successful software reseller into a global technology solutions provider. He previously held executive roles at Xerox, leading the global go-to-market strategy for their Large Data Centre Printing and Document Services businesses. David is also the past Chair of the Board of Governors at the Information Technology Association of Canada.
